About Me

Hello!
¡Hola!

I like to read, and I recently got into reading blogs as they tend to be shorter than a novel. (and less annoying when people interrupt!) So, I thought I'd try one out for myself while my kiddos are (finally) napping at the same time.

To start off my first blog, I guess I should tell you about myself.

I am a mother of two children ages 3 and almost a year old. Translation: Sleep deprived, wreaked house, always trying to not be annoyed, doing everything while the kids are occupied only to find a new mess somewhere, mother. Not too bad actually. Currently I am a SAHM (Stay at Home Mom. It took me forever before someone told me what that was! I despise DD, DS, DH, etc too... I'm only assuming that they mean Dear Daughter/Son/Husband... why can't people just type out Daughter/Son/Husband? Is it really that hard?? Sorry, Topic for another day)

Anyway, I spend my days trying to clean my house. But once one room is sparkly clean, it becomes an instant mess once I turn my back to the next room. It is to be expected.
Actually, I might consider skimping on something to afford a cheap housekeeper as I will officially be a Working Mom very soon! Though this means I will get even less sleep than before! 😄😢

Speaking of less sleep, I thought I'd try something new! Want to try it with me? Click on my link, http://Koalakoda.le-vel.com , make an account, and let me know that you want the 3-day sample! Theres no button to push, so you'll have to let me know. Comment below that you made an account and your name so I can look you up and get a sample pack to you!
Later today when the kids are asleep/occupied again, I'll make a blog about THRIVE by Le-Vel. It is great for your body and helps you to maintain continuous energy! Meaning no mid day slump! What do you have to lose by trying it? Also, stay tuned for a day by day report on how it is working for me! I'll be making a separate blog called Thrive.       (Try Thrive:   http://Koalakoda.le-vel.com    )

Wondering why I have three languages at top?

Obviously, English is my native language. 😉
(If the picture is super huge, sorry about that! I can't seem to fix it. It is HELLO in ASL Fingerspelling)
I absolutely love to sign! American Sign Language (ASL) is a beautiful language! (No, it is not an international language. There are almost as many signed languages as there are spoken languages. Again though, another topic for another day).
Then, there is Spanish.  Half of my husband's family is from Mexico and speaks primarily Spanish. So I thought that I would attempt to learn Spanish too! Unfortunately, the best I have been able to do is attend Spanish story time at the library and watch Dora the Explorer. I do both with my oldest, so she is learning too! Double (yet slow) benefit! Any suggestions on ways to help teach me Spanish that I can listen to in the car while driving to my new job? It is an hour commute. Perfect for learning!

Well, I hope you enjoyed my first, rambling, blog! Now, I'd like to hear from you!
